We will communicate back with you to answer your questions and respond to your inquiries. We will initiate text messages to you which may give you updates on our service and other content.  In addition, We may send alerts pertaining to you, your property or apartment, your apartment complex and or surroundings. Additional communications may be of upcoming events and other content you as a tenant are deemed appropriate. On occasion, We may send information on promotional offers.

What Data We May Collect

Data obtained from you in connection with the SMS or MMS service may include your mobile phone number, your carrier’s name, dates and times of communication along with the content of your messages and other information that you provide. We will never sell your data and your data will only be used by O’Connor Investment Properties, LLC employees in connection with you and your tenancy.

We will take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. However, no data transmission over the internet and or electronic storage material is 100% secure and We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.  You agree to indemnify Us for any privacy breech, tort or other claims on a federal or state equivalent law.  You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Us harmless from and against any and all such claims, losses, liability, costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
